Function Space Guidelines and Request Form

If you plan to hold a function during the RSNA 2004 Annual Meeting, you need to complete a Function Space Request Form. Space is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Forms must be received by Friday, October 29, 2004.

Please review the guidelines; paying close attention to guideline #5, as functions will not be approved outside of these permitted times.

Confirmation of space at McCormick Place, as well as a list of service contractors, will be mailed in late September. Confirmation of space at a hotel may take up to 3 weeks from date received.
