This must be done without the use of electrical lighting. For complete instructions, see the Exhibitor Prospectus. These crews must be accompanied by an RSNA-appointed escort.

RSNA-appointed escorts are available for a fee and must be paid in advance or onsite by the individual exhibitor. These escorts are limited and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Arrangements for such activities must be made 30 days in advance through the Technical Exhibits Department.

Exhibitors will be asked to refrain from photographing, videotaping or mechanically recording if such activity interferes with setup, show activities or teardown.

The media may photograph, videotape or mechanically record the exhibit floor only when accompanied by an RSNA-appointed escort.
