The American Association of
Physicists in Medicine (AAPM) is
a professional membership
organization of approximately
4,900 medical physicists. The
medical physics profession is
primarily concerned with the use
of physical and mathematical
techniques in the diagnosis and
treatment of disease. Information
pertaining to the activities and
programs of the association will
be available, along with
membership applications,
demonstrations of the AAPM
Virtual Library, the current list
of AAPM publications, and
complimentary copies of the
official society journal,
Medical Physics.
