Learning Objectives:



  • Educate radiologists on how imaging is used in clinical trials to evaluate the efficacy of therapeutic drugs so that these services can be incorporated into their practices. 

  • Specifically, this session will review FDA's regulatory guidelines for use of imaging as a surrogate endpoint and discuss specific parameters developed for evaluating drugs in oncology,the central nervous system,and the musculoskeletal system.
