Educate radiologists on how imaging is used in clinical trials to evaluate the efficacy of therapeutic drugs so that these services can be incorporated into their practices.
Specifically, this session will review FDA's regulatory guidelines for use of imaging as a surrogate endpoint and discuss specific parameters developed for evaluating drugs in oncology,the central nervous system,and the musculoskeletal system.
